I have started my journey in 2011 with general idea to be more fit and maybe have some fun along the way, but it turned out to be real passion for me ever since ...

When I look back to see why am I doing what I am doing, it all started with seeing Beachbody P90X with Tony Horton on internet. I was going to the gym every other day at a time and got really intrigued by workout program and its structure. Especially enthusiasm and motivation from the screen somehow reflected on me and I decided to commit my time in gym to it. I signed up as Beachbody club member and got my hands on the program and Results and Recovery formula. 90 days pass and results were not impressive at all. Main reason for this was inconsistency in my workout schedule and lack of discipline. We all have these moments. A bit of slack here and there. I wanted impressive results, but was not doing my part to get there. I was not badly out of shape or overweight, just was average type with a bit of sporty look.

 So at that moment I decided to do it again. This time, no excuses, no missed days, show up, push play, no matter what. My goal was to gain "good weight", build more lean muscles and reshape my body to more athletic type. This time it was noticeable, I felt much better, stronger, happier and after second round I started all over again without single day for break. At that time it become obvious that nutrition is the key component and we in fact are what we eat at the end of the day. But how to balance my nutrition? I had no idea, except that I knew I should try to eat more greens and proteins. But this was not enough. This is when I was introduced to Shakeology and it was a game changer for me. I got more energy, could push it harder for longer time and feel stronger.

Did you ever though about your habits, your lifestyle? What would you change to feel great and look amazing for your age. If you are like me, you probably did not do any olympic sports being teenager. Time passed quickly and now you are at your 40s and consider that you are "too old for this shit". Well, let me tell you one thing I noticed for myself - its never too late and you are never too old to start changes in your life.

So when P90X2 came out it was not even a question for me. I bought it and did 2 rounds 90 days each! I felt so good and strong that I decided to keep going and convert this fitness routines into integral part of my daily life and drinking Shakeology - a daily norm. It was life style change, developing new good habits and removing old ones in daily activities, food preferences and drinks. My friends noticed these changes and it occurred to me that I can introduce them to this amazing products as well, help them to do good changes in their lives. True friends always care about each other. I like to see my friends full of life and not getting sick so we can have more fun together indoors and outdoors. I realized that I don't really need Fitness club membership in LA Fitness, as it introduced additional time to get there, waiting for machines and weights, etc. So it got cancelled. I decided to cut this time off and just start building my small gym. All I needed was couple dumbbells, yoga mat and TV.  And so it's started, I singed up as a coach and send invitation to all of my friends to get P90X3. We had a blast ! We love idea of home based fitness combined with support group! It was nice to see how this journey transformed mindsets and changed lives for better, developed new good habits and improved lifestyle. I shared the journey, which I thought was mine only and it felt amazing.

Change is good! And good changes are awesome and joyful. We did since then PiYO, P90, 21 Day FIX and 21 Day FIX EXTREME. I also did 2 rounds of BODY BEAST at the same time. Great news is - there are new fitness programs in development, built based on learned experience, optimized and improved.

Nutrition was 85% of success in our fitness journey. I have that answered for myself as well - SHAKEOLOGY!  Shakeology is packed with vitamins and Superfoods, Antioxidants and Probiotics. Most of the time we are living in some sort of disbelieve, we think, yes they can do it, but not me. I am way to busy with my job and other things. One simple note on this. Your employer will replace your in fraction of second in case you are not able to work anymore due to sickness or serious illness. Don't you believe that your family and friends would matter more? They love you and would like to see you healthy, full of energy and happy. So, stay in the game longer, be active in life, be caring and good friend...
