Completed Program: 21 Day Fix Extreme (Round 1)

After tremendous success of 21 Day Fix, we now doing 21 Day Fix Extreme (Round1). This is 3 weeks program with 30 mins per day sessions with various  exercise complexes - from Cardio to Pilates. Your body will train all groups of muscles during a week time period and you will start again from the top on Monday :). Program also provides very robust nutrition guide, which not only recommends you what to eat to get the absolute best results, but also how much to eat. Autumn Calabrese believes that we can over eat even on healthy food, hence coloured containers to quickly measure your portions.

I am personally very happy with the progress and recommend this program to anyone who wants to get in best shape in short time.
